Cancelation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing or via email and is valid only upon acknowledgement of receipt.

 

Refunds are dependent on the notice given.

 

Cancellations made more than 1 month prior to the start of the event:

  • A full refund of the registration fee will be issued.

Cancellations made 1 month or less prior to the start of the event:

  • No refund will be issued, and the cancellation fee will be 100% of the registration fee.
